But at least they try

So without cable and wanting to check the weather , I remembered that KMVT 11 Twin Falls streams live their news. Hey so does KPVI 6 out of Pocatello, but I was looking for details on the maybe snow storm. Hey snow means tows. And tows for me, means cash in the stash.

So watched several boring stories on KMVT’s streamed news, and wouldn’t ya’ll know it? Right in the middle of the weather the stream stops. Typical KMVT .

I don’t know what the goof there was, as my computer, Internet connection all firing on all cylinders, but what I wanted most, kaput.

I don’t know if Chris Pruitt the manager of KMVT put that in without working out all the bugs, or if he was too busy buying up broadcast signals, three that ain’t for sale and one of those three is open for propagation for TV. Guess who owns that? Yeppers Confederate Star Media, and who is a partner in CSM? That’s right, The Knytes-of-Anarchy.

But getting back here, when it comes to media in general and its not just KMVT is our valley broadcast stupid or what? Hell we even try to find studio and engineering help, granted paying much more than KMVT does at just over$50.00 an hour starter pay, but still we even have trouble finding on air and all help both radio and on our satellite TV feed station.

What I will say though is this, at least KMVT stepped up to the plate and brought streaming live to the game here. KTVB, KSAW and the rest don’t stream, few in SLC stream live. Only story clips, so why not the others? Who knows, so thanks KMVT, for live streaming, just fix the damn thing so it’ll last through a whole newscast.

I’d apply for KMVT’s Studio Board job myself, except KMVT’s manager told me not to go there any more so, I ain’t, so I wont.

Noticed that the feds are opening a small filing window for a few new LPFM stations to file for CP’s and licenses. Also dig this, KCTF ch 45 Twin Falls, one of the only TV stations in the Twin Falls market, can still be watched on rabbit ears analog on older TV’s. More over they run a show called Wretched TV , which I like, sort of , its kind of a commentary hip preaching show with political and modern day pieces thrown in. So good is this show, KDXB/KTOW will be adding Wretched TV to our line up come just after the first of the year. Maybe we partner with KCTF on this humm?

Any way in closing saw when it comes to KMVT, they do try very hard. Much of their failure is that they hire anyone with even moderate skills, problem is they are not broadcast pros. That if they were , most likely would not remain at KMVT very long. Whatever the shake down, gotta give good old KMVT credit on a live stream broadcast for news, yep, At Least they try, but then so does a steer.

So you want to make a TV show? Not as easy as it seems.

So you think you have a great idea for a TV drama or comedy, so you grab a video cam and point and shoot.

In reality its not that simple. Especially if its to be recognized by TV network execs.

The efforts involved kick in the ass of anything you could possibly do.

First you have to write a script, ever tried to find a script writing program online? Or even a format in Windows Live or same? It don’t exist.

The thing is script writing is hard for them that don’t know how.

Then find a venue. Many places don’t want you to film in front of their place. Or even in the mall. Hey shooting video in the mall, means buying a permit. That means big bucks.

Next, finding talent, ever have you tried to find on screen talent, in a town under 75,000 people without a talent agency in the area? You’ll get visited by a bunch of city officials in black and white cars with MARS lights on top. Especially if you’re a lone wolf. Hey they think you the big bad wolf about to devour Red Ryding Hood.

I bring this to you today as it was mentioned at last nights meeting of the Knytes/AyreWolvez here in Twin Falls, of why hasn’t the productions of HazzardAyre and Shake-it-Up/Idaho been done yet? Answer ? Any body ever try to do this, here?

It ain’t that easy.

More over night but consider the effort that overpowers the need.

Finally, tried to stream DixieBroadcasting again today, but the shoutcast would not load. It ain’t my computer since I tried with another computer on a different carrier. Still no sound.

When in doubt look it up

Just a half century ago, one could be asked an important question, or unknowingly violate a trademark under the guise of, “ Hell I don’t know, or didn’t know” . Back then no Internet as we know it, no real searchable data bases and surely us Mountain desert hellbilly’s had no idea about anything cept what we read in Hot Rod magazine.

Today that ain’t an option. If your in doubt, shute dude, Google it.

The gal from the Times News, said it was just me as sole contact for the AyreWolvez. Okay groovy, but did she take into consideration looking up our parent organization and its history? Any one that has had their feet planted in this valley longer than 20 years damn well knows the Hazzard County Knytes(aka-Knytes-of-Anarchy) likewise KTOW FM that began as an outlaw station on those hills overlooking the Hagerman(aka-Hazzard Idaho) valley. Shute, its because of our club, that Hagerman got the name Hazzard as a nick name.

The Hazzard County Knytes is an amalgamation or mixing of three organizations that were running in the mid to late 1970’s early 1980’s.

The Hazzard County Knytes started with the JR-14 CB Club, The TeenAge Truckers Association, The I-80 Control CB Club, and the Idaho chapter of the RoadMasters Truckers Association.

The creation was culminated in 1981 when during a search for props for a diorama display for another hot rod, a suitable 1970 Dodge Charger was found in Burley. Some late night and day welding and wrenching, and off to the Salt Lake City AutoRama we went in 1981. The producers of the Dukes of Hazzard saw our General Lee, was impressed and invited me there as a on set wrench during leave while enlisted in the UCSMC.

The rest as they say is history.

Now understand, we are not taking all the credit here, but I will say this, much of the economic development of Twin Falls, and immediate area is because of the Hazzard County Knytes extending warm hands of friendship to some major players in bigger corporations, that said, let’s go there.

The fact we brought in from a want and discovery of some personal history as well as enjoyment the AyreWolvez in the year of 2001, from finding 4 F4U Corsairs at the Jerome County airport, was just another good extension of the Hazzard County Knytes.

In 2008 yes I’ll admit, we swapped out organizational names as there were fewer original members of the Hazzard County Knytes in our area. So to enable more urban recruitment of membership, after seeing the TV show Sons of Anarchy, we adopted that and glued together the name Knytes-of-Anarchy. Keeping our history while opening arms for our future.

However all that said we never lost our Confederate rebel spirit or commitment to today’s Southern Movement. Nor our commitment to all things Hazzard. Example me keeping Dixie Toewing(mis-spelled on purpose) intact alongside Hazzard County Choppers(aka Hazzard County Garage) of Burley, right to today. I and many of the rest of us follow suit, proudly fly our rebel flag, turn down the Star Spangled Banner in favor of the Dixie National Anthem, say the pledge of allegiance to Dixie, and the reaction has always been why this in Idaho? Look at Idaho’s history. Idaho was one of those northern states that was a port of rest for weary Confederates who wanted to escape the great war between the states. Such Towns, in Idaho, such as Atlanta, and Dixie were established, even the other core of the name Hazzard, Hazzard Creek the township was established in eastern Idaho near Aberdeen. Even going further in the hills east of Mountain Home in what was the Rocky Bar Complex, was established the Confederate Star Mine, a silver mine.

There is much more, but just because I’m the sole voice of the club as part of my club duties prescribe me to be, and the fact I never ever will disclose other members’ names, unless contacted first, does not mean this club the entire organization that has as its President , Ben Jones aka Cooter on TV who is looking to run in 2016 for President of these U.S. –of A states on the Confederate Party ticket, the Knytes-of-Anarchy, has just under 150,000 members worldwide. And it all started with 15 of us assembled in a meeting in what was then the Polish Palace now the Snake River Grill in 1982 in Hagerman.

Election time is here CNP dropped the ball, but 2014 we’ll be in the mix

It ain’t but its close.

The Election season as we call it is becoming a long drawn out boring and at times volatile place.

The ads do not tell the real picture , nor does the knowledge or pretended lack of , to issues.

The mainstream media was very lax in covering the thoughts of things that especially TV and Radio, mostly TV should have asked, like really what was the rush to reduce and rework broadcast frequency spectrum, that made Over the Air Free TV a thing nearly of the past. We saw so much since Obama was elected that its hard to believe that is this still our nation?

While I was regrettably born here in Idaho, my family tree and roots are in the deep south of our nation. There is especially a specific band of that part of this land called the Hazzard Nation, ya’ll know where that comes from, but Hazzard Nation is more about the spirit of it, than its origin. That said, the problems of just registering to vote in my part of the country, makes me wonder, why the hell should I?

I remember this movie, can’t remember the name where Kevin Costner played this tradesman, who avoids all things. Then his daughter doing some sort of school project votes for her father. The Election processor of her place of voting looses her fathers ballot. The ensuing thing said that with just one guy who didn’t vote the entire election was screwed.

That said, if I decided not to vote would it really matter?

After all the election has nearly nobody on the Confederate National Party, Confederate States Party, on our ballot. Idaho is one of the few states of the union north of the Mason/Dixon line that recognizes the Confederate States Party And Confederate National Party. Yet few knew about it unless they read HazzardAyre here, but that said why?

Why was there not anyone on the CNP, for President? Vice President, or any house or Senate seat?

But the effort goes on. Look for the CNP/CSP on the local ballots here in Idaho, and throughout the Mountain West Hazzard Nation.

Look for us online on Cooters Gearz, here on HazzardAyre and on air on HazzardAyre Radio, with election results and such, but why did the Hazzard Nation and CNP/CSP drop the ball?

Ah oh

So there was cruising the Cyber Highway, but it seemed the road closed. The normal 5 bar connection quit. So had to switch to an alternate that runs at merely 2 bars.

Seems if you drive the Lincoln when you have to drive the Toyota, ya’ll really miss the Lincoln.

Not crabbing here as this beats the alternative. I even die nearly when I go into the shop . Been sleeping there for a month, between dead mice, and having to squirt in a bucket, there albeit I emptied it daily made the place stink. So moving slowly. After November 1st will have the main shop, but not the little one.

The only reason I kept that one is a few club members were in gear to contribute to the rent on the place they didn’t, so I had to do what I had to do. Thank goodness I got back into a place , at the hardest time of the year when most bundle up for the winter.

Now to a quandary that I’m dealing with. I reported this in last nights entry, but I’ll say it here. There is a super hottie, that lives here, used to live where I used to up over on the east side of Main street, in 13. She is so steamy. But to keep from getting into a mess I’m not saying anything, but would like to find a way to say hello without it becoming awkward.

Any mile HazzardAyre is off because of the Internet being only 2 bars, so will close for now.

The Presidential Debate and oops on Cassia County Idaho’s P&Z

Well that’s it for the Presidential Debates for this election.

I heard little, except that even though I’m not a big fan of Obama, I’ll vote him in as I do not think Romney, even though Romney, by marriage is a shirt tail kin folk. I just don’t think Romney has the experience . Libya was not mentioned enough and specific statements on just what both would do to get our economy going again.

While our economy sucks big time, its not entirely government’s fault. It’s more to do with a very uneducated and uncaring people as to low job numbers.

Hell how can you hire those that will not get off their ass to work? Case-n-Point, been sitting in our studios of HazzardAyre Radio for nearly 3 years looking for female on air as well as on camera employees. There are none. Even if you do pay twice the normal going rate, for entry level broadcasters and even mid level broadcasters of all genders.

Don’t blame Government when you the public are so stubborn and bullheaded.  there were many issues, but lets look at the good, bad and fugdugly of the two candidates. Today, Obama signed an order to allow Military personnel to get their CDL’s while still serving so one can get a job driving a rig when they get home. However , Obama’s FCC Chairman allowed the wide range radio and TV spectrum to be gobbled up , like the old Federal land grabs that caused many Native Americans on reservations.  No mention or damn little of it was ever mentioned in the campaigns either one. What it did do is force many who are on low and fixed incomes to find housing near where cable is available, or get satellite or convert to digital. Also mandating that many senior citizens to buy new TV’s, there is no yet nationwide broadband computer access, more like more ability for mobile apps on cell phones.

The list goes on and on, but why not drop this message out there? Neither did.

Commerce is stumbling, but its gaining traction by its own efforts. Communities are saying to the old farts running things Phooey, its time we do our parts, and that means more hearing, less speaking. I talk and hear from our youth saying that the ideas put forth by SAMCRO MC, and the Knytes-of-Anarchy are smart, what I hear too , is from some of our law enforcement community is, that will not be allowed here.

Bullsbreath, this reminds me when I tried in gest to run for Sheriff of Power County one year. Hell I got put in the klink, until after the election. Was let out long before, but it’s the same idea. Thing is, don’t cover it up, listen up, shut up and get out of the way.

I saw stupid in government here, in Cassia County a week or so ago. Moved out to the shop, tried to get mail flowing there, did the change of address, shuffle, but got informed that oops not right the number my landlord said it was did not align with the 911 grid so the Post Office said no delivery. Get told by some guy in the P&Z office, a absolute address would be out on Friday. Go in no number or addy yet. Really? To date the entire ordeal cost me $5,500.00 , think I could get our local P&Z or the Post Office to pay me because they did not have it together?

I saw on an email from a Dukes of Hazzard fan who said, he’d not be paid enough to watch a Presidential Debate. My question is can anyone afford not to give attention to these debates and election. This year the leader that with form and shape this nation and indeed the world will be chosen. There is not enuff in Idaho to make much of an impact there, but this nation needs to be knowledgeable.

Bottom line do you REALL WANT a Mormon in the White House? If you didn’t pay your tithing, the IRS would come after you.

Finally out of the pit

Finally back in the clutches of something of kin from the Powers, place has flies, a bath tub that ain’t no longer a bath tub, but after nearly 6 weeks with out a bath or shower its good. Have cable TV on , internet flowing life getting better.

Okay then I have seen screw ups before but the one involving something as simple as mail delivery showed me why so many don’t make Burley or the mini cassia area their home, or headquarters.

Put up a mail box, with the address told to me by the landlord, but two days after the forwarding commencement, got a note to see the postmaster. Did so, apparently in the process of Burley annexing the area where the shop is, forgot its county not city. So the address designation was not right. Have to get new numbers? So get instructed to go to the County P&Z to get a proper address to get mail.

Now here’s the deal seems as though the dillweeds needed to do this since my address could not be linked to the 911 computer grid.

Couldn’t they have done this a long time ago? Ever get the feeling like no matter how you try, that somebody is trying to keep SAMCRO MC or any part of the club, including HCC from getting a foot in the door? Watch what happens in weeks to come.

Speaking of mail after going through 2,000 emails , guess what? Finally.

My only solace and ability to survive these last weeks, was my Marine training. The fact is though, TV was not live. Thank goodness I had enough videos recorded to watch.

Speaking of TV, funny, Cable One as absurd as they are , they found the address of the shop. CenturyLink found the address. Interstate Batteries found the address. Even Google Earth could find it.

So what’s the big deal?

I’m tired need sleep, where I don’t have to go outside to pee, have heat, and not having to fight mice all night. Trust me its not in my best happenings to see a mouse on my chest when I look up over my covers.
