The ancient custom of the long rest a long forgotten Dixie custom.

At the beginning long before the northern invasion to the south and at a time of Christian incision was a celebration of sorts of good wheat crop harvest. 

Many would assemble in a field with cicles hew down the

 long shafts and sift through the bad columns and gather the good.  This is where the saying of separate the goor and d from good also referred as sifting the evil from good.

So yesterday was that day here and I observed the Confederate movement holiday by taking one of our avian crafts and just looking. What I discovered was simple enough, but complicated together. Outside of 4 members of both Club's there isn't any one of the membership that even those born here that would ever return here. If I ever do decide to reside here in southwestern Idaho it'd be on the basis of buy Acre of ground near or at Hazzard City aka Strevelle Idaho. Put a container house on it.  And live my final 

Years on it. The rest of the population can just about kiss my dairy aire. 

Not Wyoming nor Idaho, Tooele , Cedar City heck even St.George . But I am pretty much done with what I can do here. I think I get forward 10 steps ahead , but then get knocked back 6 steps.

Utah is more aviation friendly and albeit cautious ⚠️.  But progress minded enough to be a better choice. Between the money mom and dad lost on the sale of our house in Layton Utah the money wasted on not only our home near Hagerman and the hell I went through from 1971 till now , my resistance in ever moving here even back then was and is justified. The advanced education project at Hagerman High was long before evaporated before we as a family put the 1st stick of furniture on the U-Haul. Hell even old Betsy my first hot rod didn't want to move here. 

I examined the concept that if something gruesome were ever happen to me , Between family and the Knytes and or the WOLFPACK would really know what to do with my bones. Here in.Idaho here the most anyone could do is put a toe tag.on me and hope to find kin to know where to bury me. 

While the radio werx is still going to be here it's heart won't be.

I just don't belong here, and the only last 2 station locations did was delay the inevitable  

Like I said Oct.1st. I am outta here .

Idaho and Utah getting a new town. Hazzard City Idaho.

Another big happening from the Gem State. 

On the very distant borders of Idaho and Utah on south Highway 81, South of Malta is the unincorporated town of what was Strevelle. In one of the most pristine areas of both southern Idaho and Northern Nevada. Once home to a minor league baseball team excellence in education resides Strevelle. 

The Hazzard Knytes and the Knytes of Dixie along with the WolfPack are working to revive the town and geographic area into a Bikers  , Gearhead fly guys Commune to be called Hazzard City Idaho.

It's a 20 or more years commitment but one that called our name and that we responded to say we are here.

There is much going on Inn our area despite the ripping up the pavement to redoux main street in Burley,  but industry is making a comeback here. Yet when it came to media most turned its heads. Neither Radio or TV  . This is why I and the Club's are here.
