Many things going on in my cranium such as the approaching of relaunching Dixie Diesel Radio.
Some how over the course of many highways our radio gigs origin has been lost some how. As such, I’d like to rectify this.
Long b4 there was anything Hazzard in our vocabulary , long b4 there was the Knytes, we were created out of a need of forward thinking young Wolf-Pups wanting to go trailer trucking, trucking. As such we formed a pioneering pilot 4-H program devoted to such.
Then as a project we launched KDSL, that became KTOW. But we were and are above all else truckers that treasure and hold reverent the golden age of long and short haul trucking. And desire to preserve it.
It was at the outset the foundation that the Knytes-of-Anarchy was formed on it, with the concept being we are bikers only with more wheels and steel.
With the upcoming launch of KDXB here in Burley, I thought that the first rabbit out of the hole ought to be , Dixie Diesel Radio. Reignite that passion we once felt and that made us as a extended sibling of the UAITA
the powerhorse we once were here and that made us what we are.
My Wolf Sense is that as many have been barking a sheep on the flat is worth two to run after, that maybe holding off on where we were going to put Knytes Hall on west main in Burley and for me to concentrate on going towing. In essence get back in the cab. Haven’t made up my mind yet , but thinking on it serious.
Finally radio council meeting tonight at 20:00 hours here at the rode House.
