There are many people who fear or complain about that which they don’t understand. trouble is the same people do not take the time to at least look at it or do a little research.
Case in point, there’s a Facebook page called The Official Hazzard County Fan Club, really? I have news for them. Back at the start of the transition from the MoonRunners to the Dukes, the Hazzard County Knytes , was the only and is credited as being the original, licensed and authorized anything Dukes of Hazzard or Hazzard itself. From the time my own shop opened with Paul Picard and Gy’s permission and blessing the not on TV Hazzard County Garage, to the millions of fans and still loyal fans that are still members of the club. The question this kid named Aneesh, asked is what is this that I keep posting, for heck sake boy, if you want to be an archeologist, dig a little deeper, read the damn blogs. I only post on that page when its needed, and most there are glad I do, since few of anybody else is. This Aneesh, has no idea that if there’s a Dukes sequel being made we’ll know about it, long before anyone else does, and thus we’ll post it. Likewise if it has anything to do with DOH we’ll be involved. The Hazzard County Knytes FYI transitioned to the Knytes-of-Anarchy in 2008, in reaction to a decreasing appreciation of the club in a rural environment. The Knytes-of-Anarchy is a handle or name that can be as urban or rural as needed or as we say it urban/rural. Of course if this Aneesh would just read the title header it says what it is; its where Hazzard County joins AyreWolf. That means where two concepts meet as one. Its called the modernization of Hazzard coupled to things Airwolf or as we call it AyreWolf, which is me. Oh and if you all wonder how many times aviation got in with DOH, remember , several episodes of the Dukes, that involved crop dusters.
Many as I said, fear what they don’t understand, and yet are too lazy to to dig into something to fully understand.
One last thing, the Knytes-of-Anarchy is the only bunch working to establish a XM/Sirius channel strictly for things Hazzard and Dukes, to be called the Hazzard County Channel, additionally a streaming radio show and all website for things that are Hazzard that doesn’t throw on administrative binders on everybody, like many of the others do.
