Okay b4 I get into my usual rant, need to get some domestic chores out of the way.
many of you our members have called wondering about yesterday.
The casting for what it was , was okay, but few that showed up were even considering. For some odd unknown reason the minute we said anything about being a qusay MC, the attitude was whatever, the minute the MC was brought into it, it was, we all want to be involved. Here’s the problem, few if any of those sweet hiney’s would ever make it past hello without blowing a gasket. They just are not wyld enough. It was church city even though I kept revolving around that issue. All but three came in wearing nylons, the few that did, I wanted to try the lips to toes audition, but felt all to uncomfortable there. Which is why an independent audition on club turf is needed here.
Okay Talon and his other half were there. Talon’s better half was dead or nearly so to the earth. So we ate and they took off.
Yesterday was a real Monday.
I say the American work week either should be shortened or start on Tuesday. That way America can get over the weekend Hangover before doing duty to serve the nation. The big thing? TMG never did call me today.
Okay then that means the search for visual talent continues.
Then there’s the website, seems as the nuts and bolts man of it is a bit lethargic about the club yapping on it, but is that not what the damn site and all is for?
The ride here was rough enough, the movement forward should be easier, but there are too many idiotic Yankee’s that just don’t just grasp it.
Okay then and I’ll comment as soon as I get rid of Skoal in jaw, on air. This great club and the brotherhood of all of you is not only real, albeit there’s not much if any group photos. I had one but it got lost in many moves from three radio studios. One I’m working to recover.
From 1981 when the concept of a combined DOH fan club and grassroots custom club was assembled, to the furtherance there of to the formal organizing in 1983, the Hazzard County Knytes has commanded just about every place we have charters or are looking to form them. The Radio gig I do was started long before in 1978 just after I got LexiBelle. The idea was to form the only nationwide over the road trucker and towing operators radio show/network. What started as Highway Hooker Radio, Hooker being cb slang for tow truck, that came together in 1994 as Dixie Diesel Trucker Radio that evolved into AyreWolf radio in 2002 that blended together makes HazzardAyre Radio. We are not the new kid on the block, just a bit more knowledgeable and not so gullible. This is not Burger King, with us its you get it our way or you don’t get the damn thing at all. This radio bit is done by , and for the Hazzard County Knytes and our families, the reach out to every person making their living behind the wheel of 18Wheels plus and most importantly tow truck, is secondary. If we can educate a few stupid northern Yankee’s so be it, if not, their loss.
