Being Twitterpaited, what does that mean? First of all for you culture challenged, the term comes from the movie Bambi when the young stallion was all in love with that young doe. In my case it has to do with finally after months even years of scouring the valley side here looking for on air, as well as off air production talent for HazzardAyre. Just because someone pledges and/or applies for a job of the club in this operation don’t mean they get it. The thing is they have to meet both Hazzard County as well as SAMCRO MC and certainly AyreWolvez standards. Anything short and they are shown the door.
There is a 30 to 60 day Internship, to make that final decision. Many applicants bow out long before they even enter the internship status. It’s either they can get here on their own, if they even return, and then its test time. I spent nearly an entire day, even missing church Sunday with one that I’m still trying to give a hand up, from Jerome. I know how its like living in a motel, did that although where I was, wasn’t all too bad, at least I had a decent manager and he went all out for the old Wolf. But I sat there everyday bored to near tears some days’ wishing something good would happen. When I realized that the best way to get on my feet was to get off my butt. Went in debt for a shop near Burley. Opened up HCC there, all is fine. Several times I had to walk out to the shop, likewise to Knytes Hall there, but I did it.
When I get Twitterpaited over a new hire its due to the fact I see promise. Our sis in Jerome, the gal from AppleBee’s and a couple more are getting me all frisky. Now one , sure I wouldn’t mind taking a shine to on a personal level, that’s our sis from Jerome, but even so, she’d get one of our jobs either way, having her all the time might could be good, at least for a week or so, she could take me around the block so-to-speak to see, if I was switching her lifestyle around is worth it, but she’d be a friend either way. Everybody that is part of HazzardAyre are friends, one big family is what we try to cultivate here.
Reason’s from long distant travels to club gigs, to trade shows etc, if we can’t get along, then those things are going to be awful. Especially in the studio. Comedy bit or not, if your uncomfortable with a person, how can you do bits involving being close to someone?
It’s like last night, there was a couple of tunes by ABBA that had those two gals, hey I like the dark haired one best, but they were mighty close, almost within kissing range. Think their breath is bad or sweet? Did they take a breath mint before? Any mile getting off course.
