Watched last nights gig with both Walt Disney and then FaceBook founder Mark Zuckerburg. Both were good, but then one looks at things like Twitter. Or even FaceBook and even though both of their network monitors, and there are those, see that things going up there are the blogs , the ability to get the clubs name in front of the postings on both without it being just me is near to completely impossible, without setting up yet another account.
Then there is the lack of a Help Desk , technical phone in department, to where if you really want to talk to a human in some programming department there so they will make corrections to the account that can’t be done online, is terribly stupid.
So then too, consider this. The entire organization of the United American Independent Truckers Association that has as its subsidiaries The Hazzard County Knytes(Knytes-of-Anarchy), The AyreWolves Military Aviation Association, SAMCRO MC, to name just the crest of the operations here, with just over 250,000 members world wide, and an annual income of just under $20,million a year, we still have a help service desk, answered by members, not no call service. We still are rooted right near where we started, and 9 of the founding members still as officers of the club, means more than intact, in fact very solid. We were hardly affected by the economic crisis, the the modern day depression, and grew albeit slower, but still grew membership and operations wise without hardly any downturns. Yes some costly business mistakes were made, but we recovered.
But getting back here.
I would like to say to Mark, the people at Twitter and even the former MySpace.
It’d be nice to have a way to call you when somebody needs to change something, that you never fully updated.
Now as I close. As ya’ll know Al Wyatt JR. Passed away recently. His family needs our help.
While it may be a short time to plan and all, I’d like to propose to you our Hazzard Knytes Members. ALL OF YOU.
This years Hazzard County Nationals aka DukesFest West, be done in min form here in Burley Idaho. Then give the proceeds shy of expenses to Al Wyatt Jr’s family, or send it to Ben or Alma or John or Scott, but deliver it someway to Wyatt’ family.
Next, getting Knytes Hall in order.
