One Man & a Toew Truck Edition 2 By Crazy Cooter

How much luxury does one really need to be truly happy? For that matter does one need a title and an ivory tower office to be thought of as successful? A line from the movie “ Bruce AllMighty” said it best, when so called God told Bruce, “ There are people who come home smelling like a stockyard that are the most content. A quik scene from an event I experienced twice once last week and yet today. Last week began the search as many of ya’ll know for a place to crash in Burley or at least that area. The two places within my price range were what my DAV-PSR said were dives and/or dumps. Thing is; one was complete with cable, wifi, and power bill included, one is a downstairs place that needs work , but could be made habitable. Granted they were not wall to wall carpeted palaces , but hey do I really need that? Being frugal is key to not only surviving , but thriving in this day and age, plus hey when Kahless returns to claim his children, it aint going to matter what you got, what special threads cover your body, or what fancy place you live in , but what’s in your heart that’ll matter. So that’s that , on that.

Then today , I went into this place to renew my insurance on LexiBelle. The stuck up’s nearly made me wanna turn around and walk out, but considering the up-coming move need to have LexiBelle legal enough for the trip. So there I was, and because I stood there in my overalls in oil, the clerk looked at me in disgust.  Now , I may look like I ain’t got a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of, but considering that I in concert with other family members sit on the throne of a multi million dollar automotive and ayrecraft restoration company, in fact one company that is the envy of many, and have sideswiped the 2k era depression. So when I’m made to look like I am being ignored I leave and slam the door, and quite a few regret that ignorance.

Okay that said, a new era is dawning here at HazzardAyre Inc, and as such we are looking at blowing some serious smoke signals out to get folks not in the know, to know , not only of the radio gig, but this newspaper as well. Not only that , but drifting past that into the work that the shop, soon to reopen in Burley Idaho as well as the one near Idaho Falls, Idaho does. As usual, and I wish in some ways we didn’t do this, but hey, guys are guys, gals are gals and gals are why guys build hot rods, trick trucks, hot bikes, and restored warbirds. So two things are going together, a hot female body or two to photograph with LexiBelle, LiL Lexi, and the Lady, as well as the General Jackson. Added to that a fully unplugged promotion project is under way. The visual will be spectacular and the ads network quality. We are eyeing Midnight Productions out of Twin Falls, Idaho for 80% of the video work, like wize we are talking to, two other production companies in SLC Utah and one I chatted with at this years NAB(National Association Of Broadcasters) convention in Lost Wages Nevada a few weeks ago.

Here is an example though of the urgency, and why its not smart to rest on your laurels.

A local outdoor-hunting sportsman store reopened today here in Buhl. A competitor radio station came over to do a remote. Now I’ll put dollars to donuts that the deal cost somewhere in the area of $1,500.00 or pretty close. Yet HazzardAyre/KDXB could have done the same damn thing for half of that. Why didn’t they give us a holler? Simple; they knew little if anything about us. Not that we haven’t tried to get the other local video and newsprint outfits around here including the Buhl Herald and such to do a diddy on us. But green greases the wheels of such, so we are contracting with two area TV stations and two national TV networks to give us the media noise we need. By the way, the way we have been treated by both the Buhl Herald as well as the Slime News in Twinky Flatts, is why the printed version of HazzardAyre News was put back into circulation. So why keep anything in Buhl? Simple, an FCC license can’t just be moved like a auto parts store. Once a station or entity is granted an FCC license as well as a Construction Permit(CP) , that’s where it needs to be. But what the heck , Buhl is 70 miles from Burley, and I can commute. But for us to get in the minds of the populas , we need an external way to blow thy horn, and TV is it.

Speaking of TV, we are talking to a production firm in Lost Angeles that does American Chopper and Desert Kings, to doing a series on building vintage military warbirds.

The bottom line? Those who ignored us over the last year and a half will wish they hadn’t.

Now as I park the truck, don’t ya’ll wish that for once, when you do a search, even a Google search, that the web sites they point you to, really worked? By the highway , speaking of websites HazzardAyre’s will be out just after fathers day in June.

Has FaceBook really outpaced Google?

I saw with some amusement this diddy on TV about how FaceBook had reduced Google’s footprint. I say there are things that young Zuck of FaceBook left out. Be it Gmail, Blogger and yes even YouTube, the grand king of search has it over, Way over FaceBook. While uniting many on a posting, Google although tracks your surfing to where Google suggests what ads you might be interested, yer privacy is always protected, and only those YOU want to have see your blog or whatever. Google does not change its rules without telling you in advance and with the few problems I have had with Google, they pale in comparison to FaceBook. Some say if your older you go to Google, the young set goes for FaceBook, and despite the fact some seniors have went to FaceBook to post notices for their children and Grand-children to read, that is if their kids and grand-kids can read, still I’m much happier with Google, from my Gmail account, to my Google Desktop to my Google Gears, if I had to pay for either, one, only Google would be worth it.

I had a terrible dream, overnight that gave me a fright, I’ll tell you about it over night tonight here on HazzardAyre.

Innovation and perseverance still American and Hazzard County Enginuity

Inside Edition, this prior evening did a feature on how a young barely a toddler that learned CPR from watching a TV show and was able to rescue his younger sibling after falling into an unattended swimming pool.

Television has influenced so many lives in so many ways that even one blog feature could never do justice to the medium. The medium itself, was deemed to far from reality at its dawning that few beyond or outside TV thought TV would become a lark and or a fad and not matter much.  Radio with pictures. Finally all those radio dramas that we learned to love coming out of that Victrola or Motorola radio, could now be seen.

Over my life , four TV shows grabbed me and pulled me in as nothing else could or would. In fact those 4 TV shows created my life in real life. Although scarcely written strictly for my benefit, it seemed as though the writers and producers, saw into my dreams and presented my life’s answers in a way I could comprehend. Sure I had my comic book favorites from TV , Batman the TV series with Adam West, The Green Hornet, although I watched because of the cars, not the story lines or plot. Nor the actors, although the original BatGirl from the TV series did heighten up my preteen sexual curiosity’s a bit.

I remember as a child in bed with 102 plus fevers and convulsions from suffering from a condition that was due to my body , not being able to fight off infections. My blood stream , could not produce enough of the biological storm troopers, and one night from a very small SONY TV I saw Star Trek TOS , and saw a place, and future I could wrap my mind around. One without sickness, but of intellectual strength. The Doc said after that evening, that as much as the Gama Globulin it was Star Trek that brought me out of a mild Coma, and saved my life. From then on ST, was my life, and I lived it as the series depicted life. My grade school, Crestview Elementary School in Layton Utah, became no, not the Enterprise , but the USS CRESTVIEW, later named in the series by the way. Of course in 1971 Mom & Dad decided to move to Idaho, a move that still today , I feel was a serious mistake. I wish , we never had done that. Life for me might be very different than it is today at least as far as career and the happenings that occurred after that move , but what the hell did I know? I was a preteen. But so here we were in Idaho. I tried to latch onto something for substance. First came BlackSheep Squadron, that would recreate my love of flying and flight, that My Dad told me the stories of and his involvement with Pappy Boyington. Of course that subsided and I found Airwolf, and was pursuing flying as a career, until I saw BJ & The Bear. Which provoked me in a good way to OTR trucking, but hey , whose going to hire a 15 year old trucker, but my I dreamed. Of course over time through many happenings , I collided with the Dukes, and have been rooted there in Hazzard County, for most if not all of my adult life, that is until 1998. When as I was leaving my rented home in Jerome Idaho one bright and early morning after a good sleep and watching reruns of BlackSheep Squadron, I saw overhead two F-4-U Corsairs fly overhead. Now I did not want to tell anybody about this, as I thought somebody might think I had lost what little sanity I had left. So I pursued the Corsairs, to the Jerome County AirPort, and after breakfast that morning decided to go out and inquire about a job there. Heck at worst, could push a broom if nothing else. So I went in the big blue hangar of Airpower Unlimited and saw staring at me , not one, not just two but 4 , F-4-U’s in various stages of reconstruction and restoration. Of course I got a job there, helping do odd jobs, but the sight reignited the fires of flight. Shortly there after formed the 3rd major spin-off , of what was the Hazzard County Knytes aka Knytes-of-Anarchy, my OTR trucker show, was a major hit, Dixie Diesel/Maximum Overdrive, of which I hailed as the RoadWolf which would change two years after.

With some reluctance but a bunch of gumption, a associate of mine and I decided to assemble a NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series team, and where do you put that together? Certainly not Idaho. So I relocated in 2002 to Utah. Shortly thereafter my associate chickened out, but I blossomed in Utah. Many of my real friends in Layton rallied around , along with a few that were employed, both in service as well as civil service at Hill Air Force Base. My Dad had many friends there as well and with a bit of arm twisting I got on AFRTS there and reworked RoadWolf into AyreWolf and , well that has taken me to where I am today.

Of the many TV shows that took root in my soul, they being Airwolf as well as the Dukes-of-Hazzard, I have been able to find my place on Earth, a high flying toew trucker with dreams of building the first REAL Mach plus Helicopter, The Lady. Is it impossible? Well lets look at it for a second. I’m sure the guys who created both Google and FaceBook, were thought of gooky geeks, but look at what they have done.  In my own arena, through the brotherhood of both the Knytes-of-Anarchy as well as the AyreWolvez, I have been there in the trenches building quietly a syndicated radio network that started as a network for OTR truckers, then folks like me going toewing, and ultimately those loving restoring and rebuilding and yes flying vintage military warbird style aircraft. It was just a very short few months ago, I finally found a name for the restyled radio show, that is very literally reaching new altitudes. HazzardAyre Radio. Where Hazzard County meets AyreWolf,, putting both together in a comprehensive form.

Yes, despite the second great financial depression , innovation, and perseverance is still alive as it could only be in America with a lot of Hazzard County Enginuity.

Kardashians or Cardasians?

Now be honest, when you heard there was a series dedicated to the Kardashians , didn’t ya’ll think it was an updated series about the cantankerous Cardassian’s that occupied Bejour of which star station Deep Space 9 orbits. I did in the first time I heard about a TV series involving the offspring of Olympian pro swimmer Bruce Jenner.

TV pirates so much content from so many places and as well only hires actors and actress's from only a chosen pool, that not thinking, “ didn’t I see that person somewhere on something else?” It’s a tragedy that all too many good new talents ever get a splash on something good to open or springboard new careers. Well ya’ll might not need to wait long.

YouTube a subsidiary of Google, is investing some $150,million in new apps to create a new way for new talent and even viewing . Seems as though YouTube wants a larger audience and Google is looking for some new fruit to pick from the ad tree.

Amazing as it is, and all. YouTube is not a place for spewing or showing the best of the next Super-Star. Reality TV is doing that already. Ever since the grand screen writers strike a few years ago now, what is known as reality TV offers networks a way to thrust out new shows with only an outline but for which a script need not be written. Call it advanced adlibbing. Its not bad, but its hardly a way to judge the abilities of new talent.

Now what if there was a upcoming network, dedicated in part to the burgeoning UCSA, yet offered fresh programs or a series, with hardly known actors? While the Indy-film Network offers a glimpse of upcoming stars, the Confederate Star Network, is looking at creating new shows in the fall of 2013, doing just that. Casting unknown or hardly known acting talent, in a plethora of first run, first written productions. Many of which will be shot in and near to Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming, not to mention Montana. To launch the idea, KDXB FM/HazzardAyre Radio, will be working up some short 3 to 5 act radio dramas. Some created by local high-school drama classes and clubs.

Criminals have it easy these days

I don’t know much about these things, but I saw this thing on the TV about this here deal, where ya’ll send some folks your old cell phones and they send ya’ll back money for them. They sezz, that they’ll erase all your stuff from the phone, and then these folks I guess refurbish the cell talker and resell it to poor folk. Funny I’m sorta poor, how about fetching me up one of those low cost cell phones. Shoot , mine cost me near $100.00 and $30.00 a month.  Trouble I see is these companies doing the refurbishing, I think, are makinga killing off of mining the info off your cell phone, to these cyber folks who then use it to send you every kind of offer you can imagine, and some ya’ll cain’t. I say if your even thinking of doing this deal , b4 ya’ll do, pull the sim card out, and do one heck of a memory wipe, then ya’ll know for the most part that these cyber bandits wont be gaining 411 on ya’ll.

Heard tell, that good ole Apple through its Iphone and Iphone 4 can know every where ya’ll go. And the built in gps unit is telling allot more about ya’ll than ya’ll though it was. Techno geeky things are great but, the less ya’ll have of personal things going on with yer cell phone the better. By the highway, Apple has not made any comment on why that chip in their cell phones gathers so much 411 on ya’ll. My guess, is its like them fellers refurbishing phones. The business of gathering 411 on ya’ll is BIG BIZZ , and the cyber bandits are willing to pay big money to get that 411. Now that call centers and telemarketers are loosing ground, the bandits need to find a better way to shove offers down your throat.

Wonder what the FCC as well as the FTC will do over the cell phone tracking shit. Yes the FCC is involved as using gps and any communicating device for the purposes of making money that is not invited or previously disclosed, is a federal crime. Course the harvesters  are in India, Cuba, and China so what  do they care? These days ya’ll need to really be cautious. Since one byte of 411 invytes a trailer truck load of trouble.

Victoria’s Secret, is showing off their latest offerings, my thought, sell me a few of those Victoria’s Secret models wearing that stuff and thys ole wolf will be really tame.

Have ya’ll wondered that here was God(Kahless) doing us a favor taking out half of Japan, a few months ago with a quake and a tsunami and we are helping to put Japan back together. Did we not radiate that nation at the end of WWII? And we’re putting it back together again? Wuzz up with that? I say waste the place and be done with it, including China.

Did you see the thing of some squirrel burning the USA Flag. Phooey, I say send those who do not truly love America , packing back where they damn well came from. Lets make immigration laws so tight and tuff, that unless your born in this country, ya’ll cain’t welfare, food stamps , Medicaid and such. Then these foreigners could not and would not be breaching the fence to get in here.

One Man a Mach Plus Helicopter By AyreWolf

Despite the demotion by the Knytes-of-Anarchy of me to X-O-O , that is;

Executive Operations Director for you not in the know, I still retain my place as Executive State Director of The AyreWolvez Military Aviation Association and am still flying, every chance I get and the fact that I’m overhead at any one time should not trouble anyone after all, that is just what I do. If anything throughout all the turmoil in and surrounding the Knytes-of-Anarchy , the AyreWolvez have stayed cohesive and remain as a strong brotherhood of Marine and Navy Aviators , both retired as well as active as well as us who are the offspring of those who served in that role. As the overhead defense operation of way too many American military and American military supported conflicts and theaters. All too often the aviator of both the USMC and well as NAVY are forgotten. It is the main mission of the AyreWolvez to keep their legends and history alive and living on and to make sure their service , like my Father , is never forgotten. To this end the AyreWolvez is working to create and erect a Military Aviation Memorial Wall, with names , service branch , unit and dates of service, carved in stone.
