Okay so now what?

Okay, I’ll admit I blew this landing. Maybe getting the milking machine before the cow, hiring before we had the station up. But it’s the same thing even more so now that its been decided to move forward on the Internet radio gig, and satellite project.

Now I’m not thinking although it’d be nice to snag a gal in our studio like Katie Pavlich of FoX News> although it’d be nice. FoX News always has the hottest gals on network news of any TV network, face it Idaho at least our part of it, just does not have that kind of hot talent. As a dietician told me the other day, we live in Idaho, hot gals live elsewhere. This is where the big burly gals live.

But hey it’d be nice to get something close.

HazzardAyre and all its parts goes streaming as well as satellite, we’d better have our ammo in the can, or we’re going to get creamed. OTA radio gave us a few liberties, that on demand all LIVE all the time streaming means anyone at anytime can click on our shows and if we’re not really live as we say we are, the word is going to get out and we’re toast.

Having eye candy to drive people to the site especially the 35 to 60 year old gearhead and Confederate males which is our target demographic, is important. Having that same female eye candy on the site to keep em there long enough to read the expanded reports, blogs, news etc, plus listen in to the radio shows is vital. But too is the shows content. and given that if we’re planning on going IPTV alongside the radio stream, what’s in studio, better be as hot as we can get or again we’re toast.

The meeting Saturday night was all good, informative and educational. Thanks to many of you that know, I did my best over a very long haul here in the first go round. I think too after Obama is out and a new team is in place in DC at the FCC another OTA filing window will open up. There’s just too much radio spectrum in rural America that is unused and we could fill, us and very small broadcasters wishing to fill the information needs of a community. The community we still serve overall is that of that big black ribbon called the Interstate Highway and those who make that up, long haul truckers, toew truckers, and following that up bikers, and hot rodders. America moves on that road and America gets its goods delivered by those who are trucking that road. We’re here to serve it. So getting in touch with and creating dialogs with congressional types, will get us on air on terrestrial radio. But until then lets tune up the band and prep the team on Internet Radio, as well as IPTV.

You are very understanding knowing what I have to deal with here. Unlike Utah, or even Wyoming, Idaho especially here in Twin Falls is very limited with broadcast quality people. The few that are qualified are working for other stations and are not willing to jump ship. At least not yet. I’m not ready or even willing to give up. We have came a long way, and persistence will serve us. Just got to believe, and leave it in God’s hands. There still is two months left to be able to file with this filing window, if by some God given miracle we raise the funds by mid October we still can get this in, but I’m looking at a bigger picture. Lets face it, if needed we can always relocate the flagship studio of an internet station, but as you know that can’t be done with an OTA station.

Any way my butt is tired so am I.

Is the diagnosis real or are you a cash bull for the Doctor?

There's a big question I need to figure out. See the Doc, said I have diabetes Type 2. Okay groovy, if you listen to it all, you hear your sugar intake and level etc is through the roof. Okay I'll dig that. But by the time, although in my case the VA takes care of part of the costs, by the time you buy the meter, the testing strips, the little needle pokers to poke in your finger to get blood out to test and all, your looking at some healthy income for some health care provider. 
I ran out of testing strips, had to call the Doc, couldn't get in on Friday, and that would not have helped either as the Doc ain't in on Friday's to get new strips. So I can't test anyway until at least Monday. 
My big question is, with all the medical improvements and all, you want to tell me that somewhere on earth , some medical genius ain't come up with a cure for the damn problem of diabetes? I know its reaching, but I feel like my little S-Dime Chevy, outside mechanics love to see it roll in for service, knowing they can add up a ton of green fixing it. Same with my diabetes, I gets to thinking, the Doc must think, groovy baby here comes the old Wolf, he's got diabetes, we can rack up bucks treating this. 
Not saying I don't have anything to be concerned about, and I am trying to watch what I stuff in my gut, thing is I'm eating pretty much what I did before, and I know when the sugar level is off. Who needs to check the numbers, I know that its off. So I take a pill or two and get to feeling a bit better. 
Do you feel that way though that some of these things are like medicines, the drug companies get you sick, and instead of funding to find a cure, all they want to do is treat the symptoms. In essence your a cash bull, for all these insurance companies, and Doctors.

Lost the battle but not the war

Okay the groove of going over the air is over for a time. 

Blame it on that Christy whats her ovaries who threw manure into the fan with Big C's wife, call it what you will, but as I have been on the phone, emailing and all , all day, the next battle now heats up. Instead of going Over the Air(OTA) we go Internet Radio , and stream it over the web as well as into IPODS and such, where we will be heard. Likewise there is our launch on satellite of HazzardAyre on the Confederate Steele/Highway Hooker Road Channel. 

What that means is really heating up the model search for on page photo talent for the ultimate Confederate Gearheads web site, Ours. That will be the focus of the network. Back in December when the FCC posted a filing window for LPFM stations we figured we had plenty of time. We figured that a CraigsList posting for on air female talent in Twi Falls would render the same results as the same did in Bountiful. Not so. A few got involved sort of, but never let the coffee cook before pulling the plug. 

Since then as a club we have engineered the path for some automated programming, leaving me time to toew and fly. Likewise, eat, sleep, and even go to the shitter. Doing live overnight as well as early evening. Yes the on air talent search and the process of that was a bit skewed. Yes, inviting gals to the house to be on air, and no it wasn't to get em in bed. Hell getting laid is as easy as a quick trip to Wells Nevada and a helluva lot less expensive. The reduction or muddying my reputation with Big C, and more over his better half had a lot to do with the hindering of us going OTA, but hey I said then as I'll say now. There has not yet been a good reason to locate, pay for another office/studio space for HazzardAyre Radio. If that damn Christy wanted to help, she could have used all her bad energy helping not hindering. Oh well just the same mental ignorance and arrogance that is what we as Confederates have been battling for 150 years. 

So while we will not make our LPFM deadline at least I don't think although there is a slim chance if we can raise $7,000.00 to file and all by mid October, we could get there. But seeing that not being realistic, we will go the high ground and go internet streaming and satellite, but make no mistake we will be there in your ears, and with a bit of tweaking , in your eyes as well.

Are Northern Redneck Yankees just born stupid?

Now I fully dig the jokes over us Southern Rednecked Rebels being a few quarts low, while in reality us southern rebels are more intelligent than many think. Problem is northern Yankees don't think. Some how the fridgid temps from here in the north, many months in snow, and the fog outside permiates into thy brains. So I can understand the city mental challenge, but that same idiocy has infiltrated the Mountain West and entered into the limited minds of the Rednecks here in the Rockies. 
Example, go up to the local food store here, to grab some asswipe, frozen pastries and my new addiction Starbucks bottled coffee, while there, dig around for frozen breakfasts from Jimmy Dean. Good stuff, one of those can make a night meal. I knew the store had em, but yesterday during restock, the stupid kid, who does the stock thing put em way in the back. I had to rummage around there to get to em. I damn well know Mr. Smith who started that chain, in Layton Utah when I was a kid I had my first job at, did not train these kids that way. He would never put up with that. In this world of self check out and all the gift of being a bagger at a food store or stock kid , has been forgotten. I know Winn/Dixie does better. So I ask is it that Northern Redneck Yankees born stupid?

Sabbath Day is Saturday, really?

Come Monday some body's going to have a new ahole. Deciding on going the verbal commands at SpeedConnect. Seems my speed has came to that of a turtle, data streams are next to just minimal. Although I'm stuck with SpeedConnect for some time to come, I have the CEO of SpeedConnects main HQ as a Linkedin contact and will get in touch with him as well as the main office. If infact there is a antenna problem that an outside unit would serve better it needs to be done NOW. Remember though SpeedConnect was a test project to see if SpeedConnect had enough balls to run HazzardAyre Radio. It barely does but fall offs, skips and an upload speed of just barely over 3mps, and an download speed of just under 5 when I was promised at least 8 , and I'm paying for at least 8. Means a talk is required.
Any way good morning. It is Saturday. Mainstream Christians believe the sabbath day is Sunday,. In reality its Saturday. It was at the juncture of the Romans and Gentiles that Sunday for politics sake would be the sabbath. Some churches take that up but few. I remember in Bliss one day doing laundry there, that I saw a paper that described that honoring the sabbath just on Sunday was a sin. 
It was at the reformation of the Church of Confederate Star, our church that we decided that bible reading and teaching and observing the Sabbath Day on Saturday was proper. As such I'll be off the air on radio most of the day.

The Turning of the page

Change of seasons, and the turning of the page. It was another time to have the weekly visit from Todd, thing is, I realized hey Todd ain’t going to be here no more. Now before a bunch of you go running out and around thinking this is a queer thing, don’t.

This Todd guy, entered my sphere in 2009 when I was residing in Bliss, then after numerous attempts at finding a place reluctantly moved to Buhl. Only good thing about that then, was free cable and ac. So I moved.

Over the last nearly 4 years or so, Todd has been a pain in the ass, but also a sounding board. A good worker in helping me move about 6 times, and one hellova good free taxi. Thing is, there was some common things that made that work. Now he ain’t there and I’m apprehensive of this new pencil necked geek. Called their mothership, wanted to stop that before it started, but will give the new dork a try.

However its going to be one hellova thing to allow this new hire entry into any club inner circles. Although Todd never was allowed into a meeting or inner sanctuary as well as the blunder of Todd, my former financial bean counter and nearly loosing Knytes Hall in Burley over the two, we eventually got it, but damn near lost it due to some sticking nose where it didn’t belong, but even so. Todd has been sort of a friend although according to Medicaid rules, now that Todd’s history , no more contact. Don’t that just burn your bacon? You spend 4 years going through hell over a ton of issues, and at the termination no more connection. Bullshit, even divorced couples still can in some ways communicate. Yet now no communication.

A new era begins, watch this, its going to be interesting. This new guy is more of a yankee than Todd was.

Ya’ll gotta wonder

With all the dangers of today’s society, of kidnappings , slayings and even worse and there is worse, one has to wonder. Why a young gal most likely a mid 20 year old something would even approach a mid 50’s old wolf like me with an invite to being her Alpha Male Wolf . Unless there was something raw in the pudding. It only took some serious inquiring to find out that in deed this gal was looking to defraud, me or any guy she globs onto, if even she is a real gal, not some guy running in stealth mode as a gal, and there will be some guy who will get conned somehow.

Now to be fair this gal may infact have been on the up in up, but if these gals who applied even to our real legid gigs, but in reverse engineering here, you can’t believe anything much off of the web. These web crawlers, trolls and others, scout for hours even weeks to find some military or guy they think they can get into their pockets. The consideration of the simple need for love, and companionship makes me nearly fall for just about anything. Just like the 77 Stang, sure it looked good on the surface, but when examined carefully and driven you find that what looks good ain’t.

Aside from me about to get jipped , what about her, if in fact she was who she said she was? What if I was some cereal rapist or something? She shows up at the house, and becomes well whacked? I think of all those who have fallen into traps, which brings me to a situation of this condition.

By no means should our free speech and such liberties be compromised, but dig this, if Uncle Obama want to eavesdrop why not do something constructive, monitor Facebook, Google and other social and even near social sites like Blogger and such. If fraud or something is detected, then send in the hired guns, or goons, hey you be the judge here, but while complete policing the web might be a gargantuan task, if they got to have big brother sniffing around do it in a way that prevents a serious happening, be in rape, incest, murder or even adult bullying. Oh you think it only happens to teens and tweens? Guess again, there are adults bullying other adults, regardless of gender or orientation.

Any mile had to get that off my chest. But to finalize here, if one of you gets an email from some gal named Bailey Peterson, wanting to hook up with you, or looking to make you her hubby, delete it, it’s a con. Going to see if there’s a way of reporting this to Facebook.
