Do you classify the person spending money with you a customer or a client ?

Do you classify the people that spend money with you a customer? Or a client? In our definition a customer is a one time patron, who you might not have any further contact. Neither service work in your shop, nor buying accessories from you in the future. In our arena of towing we call these the one pump chump. They call, you tow you (hopefully) collect and nothing more. Usually motorists.
However a client, is a trucking company with many or even a small fleet that will contract with you for further business in the future, especially if they tranverse our area of Wyoming. These might be haulers that may need an oil change, tire service, or a simple jump start in the future. In essence a repeat call. But don't shun the single truck owner. He or she might be that hauler that has a dedicated run through your area, that you just snaked out of a deep snow bank, that might need something more in the future. These are the people you make sure are cared for immediately and to the best of your ability. Doing simple things like letting them bed down in your shop's lounge, using your rest room, or even taking them to breakfast. Simple acts of kindness , will kindle new fires of income in the future, after all these Owner Independent truck operators, will echo, your companies name on the CB and online in industry publications etc. You can't buy that kind of unopinionated advertising.
Of course in other business's like real estate, or selling radio air time, etc. The people, especially walk ins, should be your most important clients, especially radio/TV advertising clients. Most of the time you have to constantly barage your targeted advertiser, but when walks in, you need to show them you care about them. And forget what they look like, or do not judge because of what they drive. Example, God rest his soul, Billionaire Jack R Simplot, who was in his life the ceo President of Simplot soil Builders, Mining, and yes creator of Micron Technologies. Yet if you were to ever see him, he was in a pair of farmer style overalls, driving a favorited 52 Chevy pickup, and he was most at home with shovel in his hand working in a farm field, yet the man could buy and often did, anything or any small company he wanted. Many underestamated him. He was not a book learned person, but gave millions to education both in Idaho as well as western Wyoming and northeastern Utah. Many judge the membership of the Knytes this way, we pull up driving older cars or trucks , or rat rods and rat trucks, and wearing their ripped jeans. Thing is collectively the Knytes can and usually do buy what we desire, at least if it makes sense and there's not a ton of resistance. Which has been the very case here in Evanston.
While its easy to judge and be superficial over the person doing business with you, if you want them as a one pump chump customer, treat them like crap, if you want them as a repeat long time client treat them like royalty. This is one of the reasons I and the club, will only buy real estate from Pam at Uinta Realty here in Evanston, and not from anyone else. Why is it important to make a member of the Knytes happy? Make one of us happy, there's 49,999 other members that will be loyal to your firm. Make one of us upset and don't do what you promise? Say good bye to the same 49,999 other potential clients, plus their families, wives, kids, grandparents etc.
On the medical frits today, and concerned about one of our Nomad members Rick, who is going into the hospital for knee surgery Thursday, lets all say our prayers for him.
See ya'll Thursday morning on www.livestream.com/hazzardayre

Up in them there hills of Western Wyoming a LPFM/AM that is not so Low Power

Up in the mountain desert town of Evanston Wyoming, in a small one bedroom apartment is a rare object. Operating 12 hours a day currently and looking to operate 24/7/365, it sits, and as long as the weather co-operates and neighbors don't yap much, a small combination FM/AM radio station, pumps out the news, views and blues of southern heritage and history, along with serious southern fried radio. The majority and its title is HazzardAyre Radio, linked together with 15 different LP stations throughout the mountain west, and online on www.livestream.com/hazzardayre , the small hidden station seriously kicks serious radio ass in this part of America. Thing is, many would have no idea its here, nor where that sound late at night comes from. Not a pirate station anymore, and looking to become both a Class A FM and a class 1 AM, KDXD AM 1240 and KKOD FM 104.7 , HazzardAyre boldly goes and speaks what few would ever speak.  The station is owned by the United American Independent Truckers Association/ Knytes-of-Dixie, and was founded in Hagerman Idaho in the fall of 1975. With 50 watts of power frying a small Russian Olive tree where the antenna was attached . Today powering off a small antenna on top of a peak, over the Evanston Wyoming Valley and directly within line of site of the studio, 10,000 watts of AM/FM radiates over a small rural town and keeps a busy Interstate informed and entertained. Also heard around the world down your streets and up your alley online over Livestream.com HazzardAyre is the voice, and muscle media wise of today's Confederacy, and the mouthpiece of the United Confederate States-of-America.
Stay Tuned.
Will be on air Monday morning at 06:00 Hours. www.livestream.com/hazzardayre

Does Facebook ever make you pissed? Do you wish there a way to give the real team at Facebook the middle finger?

Does Facebook ever really piss you off? Do you wish you could grab one of those little college failures that work at Facebook by the collar and kick their scranny little ass's? Or at least give em the middle finger? Did this, I get this thing saying I have notifications on a comment made on a page, but go to click the notification tab with that bright red flag showing, yet the prickly thing wont load. Go to the help desk, but find nothing, reload the damn thing still nothing. Makes one wonder is no one in Palo Alto California monitoring this shit on a Saturday night? Or are they out in near by San Francisco, downing urban style cocktails?
Again I have to ask the question and it comes to this, are the Knytes and our media firm the only ones doing it right? Are we the only one up 24/7/365 really monitoring our systems and making sure YOU get the 411 you need? And yet we only have 10 employees in SouthernSteele Media, and yet we get the job done, all the time.
Been having a good Saturday, even caught the reruns of HeeHaw, and was really crooning on some movies on LMN. Too girly you say to be watching LMN? Dig this; when there is nothing worth watching on TV be it cable, broadcast or any other form of TV except for Hulu, what else do you do? Disney Channel is good up to a point, but their missing the ship, on Disney After Dark, who wants to watch age old reruns of programs whose stars have outgrown the series' that air there. Disney had a good idea in launching Disney XD and such shows as LabRats. But after awhile, you really don't want to see the same crap. Course you could say that about HeeHaw or even the Dukes, trouble is at least they had some rib sticking content. This new junk hasn't any glue to it. It just does not stick , more like stink.
The bitch from Florida I think got the message, lets see how long that lasts now.
Trouble is she keeps invading all of MY groups and Pages on FB. So that means I have to go to each one, 86 her out of them all, and block her from every one. Then I got this response earlier on a thing called LDS Singles of kissing on your first date. First, seems as though that page is more geared towards women, and the comments and postings are not, repeat ARE NOT, of church standards to put it mildly.
I'd like to know though, do you ever think that a show , with the same rural basics of HeeHaw could be produced today? Was or is HeeHaw so politically incorrect, from the short shorts in nylons and no heels, gals in the background to the rural humor so bad? Or could we get away with that today?
In closing, Does Facebook ever make you pissed Do you wish you could give the system fuzz on FB the middle finger? And do you ever get so upset that you think of just deleting everything off of FB and deleting your FB account? It's time for something better than FB.

I love dependability and consistency , on air, at the shop and certainly in new hires and those I deal with

I love LOUVE dependability, and consistency in all I get involved with and especially new hires outside of the club, and absolutely for our radio operation here.
When I log onto www.livestream.com/hazzardayre I can see 23 individual shows we have aired. I can click on any of them and groove on the tunes and the news. And for the most part 100% uptime. Oh there are times there's a glitch , but in the 4 plus years we've been running on Livestream.com there's always a show there, and here in about 2 hours I go there on there live. What you see and hear there, is me and what is coming out of the Wolf's Lair here. It never fails. But I'm amazed at why others don't use this service. Of all the many, Livestream.com was the easiest to get involved on, set up and run, you go there, download their procaster NOT the Producer the Procaster. After you set up an account, and fill out the page of how you want it to work, look and so on. In about 5 hours from then all you need do is log on, through the Procaster, and your online on the air. BOOM. Best of all on the low count stream, its free. So I get home here and see a mention of a thing called CVSRADIO1 so I went there to check it out. Tons of filler ads, and the thing didn't work. Same thing when I logged on to a thing that our sweet heart Tracey Duke at the eastern Boars Nest turned me onto. Again went for about half way into a rerun of the Dukes and stopped, in fact froze my computer. Yet I can still go to Livestream.com log onto my shows or any of them on there and they play flawlessly. Same thing goes for my shop. Anytime I need to or have a customer, I can go to my shop, open the door and there's LexiBelle, and my stuff right where I put it, but its dependable. Wish our new hires outside of club members were that way. Like my pal and club member Nate. I know if I have a problem and I truly need help on a service job or something I can depend on Nate to deliver. Same way with our go to lady for real estate I know I can depend on Pam, to deliver. But our newest Intern person, too bad she can't or wouldn't deliver. Guess you learn. The thing I wonder about though and maybe there's something to this; Yesterday all things were going good until I got to the Legal. There Andrea and I were, intaking brew and me drueling over Lexi there. Seemed that after it was like I jilted a lover or something. Shit, was this new intern pining after me or something? To which I answer this, this way and both by the way are already hitched or near there, there's only two women in this town that I would even consider getting chummy with and only two. Charlie at Jody's Diner, and of course Lexi. Past that none, and I mean none interest me, beyond being on air or on a TV ad for the club, shop and/or HazzardAyre Radio. I'm just not into sharing my personal life with anyone. Too much pain. Now having said that, there are two others that don't live here or hardly near here that could get my heart. One lives near Jerome Idaho, that's Erin, our Miss Nurse GoodBody, and a gal that used to live near me in Gooding named Mirinda. Who btw is one of a select few women, that is a voting , patched members of the Knytes. The other two is Emme who was for a short time our on air sex talk thearapist, and of course Erin. Beyond that women are just not nominated, nor pledged to be a member of the club. It's just not done.
Yes I love dependability, and btw there is nobody else like members of the Knytes/AyreWolvez, and certainly , nothing else is I repeat NOTHING like HAZZARDAYRE. Stay tuned HazzardAyre Radio is about to start, tune in at : www.livestream.com/hazzardayre

Maybe this time, she's the one for our ayrewaves

Is she the one for our AyreWaves? More over to be my 1st officer? Could she be another Erin aka nurse GoodBody ?
I can't say at this point, as I'd hate to pre qualify her yet, but if my instincts are correct perhaps.
But I wont say that she isn't. Of course I don't expect the patience nor the off beat attitude that Erin had but if I can get stockings on a gal that has only one pair in her dresser, we might be on the right vector. It wouldn't be wrong I don't think, but I do not any longer put all the eggs in one basket. I have yet to put lips to her toes in hose, to bring to life a new trademark pic of our toying with the two words TOE and TOW merged together as TOEWZ,
as Erin did, but that's a task that will be engaged in a week or so. Much though hangs on this gal
after all the Knytes and the AyreWolvez combined are about to drop $4,million plus in the cash stash's of some area residents here in the greater Evanston Wyoming area. Some times I wonder that I might be loosing to fully communicate the message that several items need to be understood. It's not all MY money, that's going in here, nor is it just one club but a combination of the two that makes all this possible. The three things that the club coming to Evanston to begin with are one just margainly completed. One is the radio operation, which I'm leaning on to demonstrate that we can move everything to a throughput climax. The other is of course the bar, and the other and last but not least the MC shop/Toew service. So why all the honeys? That question is asked all the time. Thing is being as we're online and soon to be on video as well as radio, both online and over the air, there's cameras eyeballing all the goings on here in the studio for the world to see. The last thing most want to see is my fat belly and bald head in my DVD's, having a sweet cake in studio, as the straight person to my warped comedy, the other is as it right now we are online, to get people to visit Livestream.com to view and hear us, TV and enthusiasts/trade publication ads need to be produced and aired. Again the last thing that all want to see , is just me, so having a hottie posing in the studio or with me for those ads, as well as the Toewing side of Hazzard County Choppers, is that well known toew kiss. To go further here. If we can't get enough honeys for the radio gig and TV ads, how then do we recruit and employ, as well as deploy, employees in a biker/gearhead bar? After all , I know what I want to see behind the bar when I walk in, and that is some dude, that's grumpy as hell. I want to see super hottie shortcake pouring brew and hootch.  So is our new find the one for our AyreWaves? Let you know.

HazzardAyre Becomes a star in a troubled era

Some out in bytch land have been saying things about HazzardAyre that it was just a accident. Not so. HazzardAyre's roots are so well rooted that it's a miracle to all of us that have been the cultivators of it since we planted the seeds that have grown into this bumper crop we call HazzardAyre Radio. However credit must be gave to many of the supporting cast, and those that give the seeds the fertilizer it needed to grow.
There is a big difference between a syndicated radio show and a full on online, on demand network, even if it is a niche in a given market. Or a niche in radio. HazzardAyre's roots started in 2001 when after moving to Layton Utah with Dixie-Deere Racing's driver and pit boss, a few of the air crew of the AyreWolvez, and a few barley pops, the idea of taking what was great about Armed Forces Radio, and honoring military aviators off of AFRN, and putting it on, over the air radio. So in searching out suitable licensable call letters we discovered WolfFM.com , thought was this could be groovy and a way to get us heard across the nation, not just metro-Utah or rural Idaho. So over time AyreWolfFM was conceived, and in 2003 launched. Soon after the collapse of the club's major funding occured. When it did, we were wondering, now what? Not to be done for, I moved back to Idaho after some creative and personeel conflicts both here then in 2006 with Tammy Hunt, and a greedy sales jerk. After that I moved twice, once to Pocatello, Idaho. Where I signed up for Vision12 aka Pocatello's cable access TV channel. We took what we did on air on radio and put it on TV, to at first a limited audience, expanding to the first time in its history that Vision12 became rated in area media ratings services. Understand I went in to do a hours worth of historical bit on military aviation, once past that extending into things Hazzard County, I was doing 5 hours a week or the equal to one hour a day all 5 days a week there. All of a sudden Hazzard County TV(Radio) was a contender. Then I found an ad for a defunct nuclear power plant to be built near Mountain Home Idaho. Needing income I moved to Glenn's Ferry Idaho. No job, but an okay place to live. At that point had no idea of getting back into radio or media. But a need arose so I dove back in. A few part time runs at then KBOI 670 out of Boise, thought was lets do Dixie Diesel Radio again. So my immediate production staff put on our thinking cap and bought equipment and we started that back up. It was the election year of 2008, the Confederate National Party and an acting rep for the Son's of Confederate Veterans got the Knytes involved, so as a result, the CNP was now a independent political party to which someone could get elected to office. At the end of 2008, shortly after the elections, the bottom fell out from under speculative real estate, ventures and the landlord lost his loan on the place I had been living in. Bottom line it was move time. So I moved to Gooding Idaho. A sweet lady who was hooked up with a ANG soldier next door, and I became long good friends. Through her and a loan of her wifi, we started back in with AyreWolfFM. Until I found that cousin Bud, didn't dig on the high cost of me residing where I did, but I was not going to loose, what we had started to being built. So I moved the radio gig into an office 7 blocks from where I resided there. Guess what? The US Post Office there, they said could not find where I was at, thing is it was the same letter carrier who served where I lived. But lost ALL of my mail, including the checks from the club and Bud to pay the damn rent on the office/studio. However what occured there was true magic. I got to meet and work with, two great ladies , Erin, and Emme Lee. We created award winning radio, and was kicking ass throughout the syndicated radio world, as well as Satellite radio. If the jackass that rented us that office wouldn't have upset the apple cart, we would have been knocking down $200k a week. But oh well. Gear confiscated I pretty much gave it all up, until I leap frogged through Bliss Idaho to Buhl, Idaho. While this is getting long in the tooth, I was one night thinking of how to merge Hazzard County Radio with AyreWolfFM, when the name hit me like a bolt of lightning. I stood up in bed, HazzardAyre. By this time a cat named Matt out in DC had harvested what we were doing on AyreWolfFM , into Warbird Radio. I tried several times to get him to get together with us, but he shoved us into the ignore corner. But HazzardAyre kept growing, and by the time I got to that place, of Charlie's in Twin Falls Idaho, I was looking to how to grow HazzardAyre even more. Like the saying goes, if a idea does not grow it dies. So through a CraigsList ad, a engineer out of Lake Tahoe Nevada, got involved, got us involved with Livestream.com and couldn't be happier. Now with just weeks left, to refire the network into a over the air station here in Evanston Wyoming, the need to find , train and hire on air talent, put together the website and all is vital. But thing is HazzardAyre Radio, is and has become a vision, that became light.
More on this tonite.
