HazzardAyre22 Seeing the tree and the forest

Today was one of those days here in Idaho, that I’d just asoon forget.

Started off, got wetness inside the distributor cap on LiL DixieBelle, and as such found a crack in it. Thus $50.00 for cap, wires and plugs. Outside in the blooming cold that felt like several degrees below zero, even though it said 32 on the bank sign in truth, I’ll bet it was at least 10 below the zero gauge. That done, trying to get rid of a week or two’s flu , and then found out from HQ that my last power bill was $180.00 . $180.00 for this little squirrel trap? They got to be kidding? Paid it, but that is that, no wonder people are shedding frozen Idaho . Shit , I thought that I’d shed well below zero temps in Wyoming four years or so ago. Of course today is what should be a national holiday, is General Robert E Lee’s birthday. A real holiday for all true Confederate’s.

Of course the cost factor is one more reason that Cuzzin Bud is telling me to shed this USMC/DAV/PSR. Obviously as Bud put it, the guy has no grip on things. Granted Bliss is as cold as a deep freeze but , the owners give you a energy credit of $15.00 off your rent. Which makes the cold a bit easier to take. But after the 1st, don’t matter much since , I’m out of here.

Final blog for January is this Friday.

Let ya’ll know why, Thursday.
