I’m waiting for the big surprise

I had full intensions of going into why us Confederates don’t believe in or celebrate the 4th of July as Independence day.

However with the amount of celebration, and all including the fact that I dropped $20.00 last night while paying for brew and stew, I’m not in the mood for any intellectual endeavors today.

That said, I’m waiting for the big surprises. Like the fact a bunch who got put off when their young teen boy child, needed a job and I offered to put the kid out at the scrap yard, pulling parts. That made me a bad guy. Hey I don’t care, its his loss. If the kid don’t wanna work, who cares?

Of course one of their employees apparently messing with his pistol shot a hole in his foot, can we say Barney Fife ? But it seems as though Impact Security here is getting impacted , just not in a good way. And who does their soon to be unemployed people come to? Yep me and SAMCRO MC, for help, yet in the eyes of so many, we are the big bad bikers. Sure we are 10% a bikers group, but the rest of the entire organization is made up of Dukes-of-Hazzard fans and a official Dukes of Hazzard fan club, combined with a grass roots home grown rat rod/rat truck club. Of course there’s the larger of those. The AyreWolvez, Military Aviation Association. Organized in 2000 The AyreWolvez are defenders of keeping those warbirds of yesteryear flying, by owning, restoring and upgrading vintage warbird aircraft, both rotorcraft(Helicopters) and fixed winged aircraft . Likewise maintaining the largest off beat historical library and online resource for same in America. But remember we are the big bad bikers.

Like my neighbors of Impact Security here, realize, that the rest of this bumbling community of Burley and surrounding area, will come to us during a fund raiser thing no matter what it is and say we need help. But remember we are the big bad bikers. When Christmas time draws near, we are part of the motorcycle community, that does toy charity runs and rides, picks up toys from our Marine project of Toys for Tots and distributes toys to all children especially those less fortunate. But remember we are the big bad bikers.

Last the big surprise and it would be a big surprise, is if our sweet new talent find Bryanna gathered her guy pal and or Mom , Dad, etc and one afternoon here at the Powers Motel where I hang my hat waiting to build my new house, Came to Apartment 3 and said here I am, lets get down to business, that would be the big surprise , that would be the nice surprise, but somehow I may be wishing on that too hard.

Of course that last surprise would be such a big one that I’d nearly fall over. I have had only two people do that from the Twin Falls area. One was Angel who now manages a large electronic store in Twin Falls, the other is a corporate scout for Wal-Mart, but at least they had the want enough, to get in a car , spend some money on gas not once but twice, and come over to at least sniff out the beginnings of HazzardAyre Radio here. One of, remains as a consultant. The other a supplier. Hey being an on air radio personality is not for everyone, and for the uneducated being around us who look the part of the Big Bad Biker, is also not for everyone. But at least THEY came to look. Life goes on.

The final Big Surprise I’m waiting for? The letter in the mail box from the FCC with the ownership changeover approval, and license transfer for our AM from Kim to us. When KBAR AM1230 becomes, KDXB AM 1230, and a Radio Disney station. The studios are ready, most of the staff now in place just waiting for the FCC.

But truly a big surprise would be Bryanna coming over .

Any mile need to recover from last night. Already had 4 toews, plus two RV toews so body need sleep.
