So yesterday went with some reservation to Church yesterday. So the end of a short sacrament meeting thought I could go and mail off my gas bill. But what did I find at the Post Office? No stamp machine. Maybe its fear of vandals or something but even Hazzard Idaho’s mini Post Office has a stamp machine, even the one in Bliss Idaho a town 8 miles north of Hazzard of a population of 204.
Of course then wanted to get something special to eat to help ease the pain of a solo Mothers Day, but what did I find only fast food, McDonalds but nothing in between. Oh sure JB’s, but that place makes me sick, didn’t think of the Legal Inn, but so I bagged a meal at McDonalds.
Now today thought of going out, but with mucho production under way to get some things bagged and put together for on air, at least to the syndicators, I never made it out of the Eagles Nest, but ya’ll know that it’s a real sad town when even the Post Office doesn’t even have a self serve stamp machine.
Maybe moving isn’t such a bad idea.
